I am inspired to share the healing power of art with others in our community, with a goal of helping people tend to their own primary and secondary trauma exposure so that they can stay healthy and live their very best lives. I use expressive arts with my clients on a daily basis, incorporating mindfulness, meditation, visual journals, collage, music, movement and painting, and also enjoy incorporating Expressive Arts with other Evidence-based modalities for a cohesive therapeutic approach.

Natalie Hogge, has a playful, but reverent approach to mental health. She works from a contemplative, trauma-informed, and creative foundation within the field. Creativity is the vessel both in private practice, and in envisioning NExT. Here, we learn from each other, through a reverence for the complexity and depth of each individual's lived experience. It could be perceived that both individual and collective wounds heal relationally. A third space built on the foundation of seeking understanding and tolerance moves me, and this is what I witness and work toward in this shared space.
